The CASL is thrilled to welcome incoming graduate student, Yuritza Escalante, who will be joining us from UC Irvine, where she is currently a Junior Research Specialist in the Yassa Lab. Yuritza is interested in pursuing research on the brain basis of emotion and she learned today that she is a recipient of the prestigious National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship!
